The Unsaid · Emotional Truth Diaries
36 questions to grow closer
Three rounds, from light to intimate. About 45 minutes for two people who want to know each other better, whether you met yesterday or ten years ago.

How to use it
- Take turns: one reads the question, both answer.
- Go in order: the questions get more personal on purpose.
- Answer honestly, but you can always pass.
- At the end: four minutes of looking into each other's eyes, in silence.
The format is inspired by the research of psychologist Arthur Aron and colleagues (1997) on how gradual, mutual openness helps people feel close. The questions here are our own, written for Emotional Truth Diaries. We don't promise you'll fall in love, only that you'll get closer.
